I give you now the Fremont Bridge. I pass over this bridge every time I go to university and what you are seeing right now happens pretty often. Fremont Bridge opens an average of 35 times a day, which makes it the most frequently opened drawbridge in the United States and one of the busiest bridges in the world. It is one of the four bascule bridges over the Lake Washington Ship Canal. One day I'll show you the other three. And remember, whenever you have to wait for a drawbridge to open and close turn your engine off...the environment will thank you!

  2. hehehehehehe Indeed it is a very interesting path from my house to university. I usually wait around 5 minutes to cross the bridge when it's open. Right now I'm not as busy as this bridge because it's Summer vacation but when September comes I'm sure I'll be busier. I'm so glad you are enjoying my pictures, Lila. Thank you so much!
